Pre-Show Coordination

Our services include:
- Liaison with your internal team and show contacts

- Creation of electrical and hanging sign floor plans
- Assistance with show service orders (electrical, rigging, etc.)
Turnkey Exhibit Management
We offer end-to-end logistics and setup, allowing you to focus on your business, not the booth.
Included in our service:
- Transportation of rental items to and from the venue
- Installation and dismantle of exhibit components
- On-site supervision during move-in and move-out
- Direct coordination with show contractors
Note: Official show contractor fees (e.g. rigging, drayage, plumbing, and electrical) are not included and must be paid directly by the exhibitor.
On-Site Support
We’re on-site and nearby for the entirety of the event, so you’re never left without backup.
